Tea Instructions
Items Needed
1 clean mason jar
8 oz of water
Sweetner of your choice (optional)
Boil 8 oz of water
Pour water into mason jar, add 1 teaspoon of herbs to jar and seal. Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes (or longer if desire. The longer you allow tea to steep the more medicinal the tea is)
Strain herbs, add sweetener and enjoy.
