✨ Sip & Stillness: A Bedtime Tea for the Soul

You ever get to the end of the day and your body says “that’s enough,” but your mind just… won’t stop?
That’s where Sip & Stillness comes in.
It’s more than tea. It’s a moment. A slow, intentional pause where you pour into yourself before the world asks for more of you tomorrow. It's a moment where you just BE.
Here’s how I do it:
I boil water and pick my favorite calming herbs—chamomile, lavender, lemon balm (yes, they’re all in my blend 👀).
I let it steep longer than usual—about 10 to 15 minutes AND if I am feeling lucky I go 30 minutes —because:
“The longer the herbs sit, the more healing they are.”
I cover the mug to let it steep, breathe deep, and sip slow.
No scrolling. No to-do list. Just me, my mug, and stillness.
Sometimes I journal. Sometimes I pray. Sometimes I just close my eyes and listen to God!!
